Your course email, online passwords and other material are sent to your email within 48 hours of your order, including weekends. Don't worry if you didn't hear something immediately, some students use a spouse's email or paypal account and don't realize that the course email went to that address! If you are on aol, cable, earthlink, charter or some other ISP's, our emails will occasionally go into your spam folder or be bounced back. Hint: after you order, during the same day, add our email address to your address book! This will allow our emails to get through! If you had and old email address on Paypal but didn't know it, don't worry, we will mail you your info. If your charter, earthlink, embarq or other provider clips attachments, you can either add our address to your address book, or send us an alternate free email address such as Yahoo.
