Program Levels
There are three Foundation Program Levels: Certified Locksmith, Journeyman Locksmith and Master Locksmith. Under those three levels are nine additional optional Speciality credentials in important areas, including: Automotive, Electronics, Mobile, Safes, Security Consulting, Firearms, Home, Commercial and Retail.
If you become a Certified Locksmith for $99, you can always upgrade to Journeyman or Master for just the difference, never the whole cost, and if you buy Master, your Journeyman and Certified Locksmith courses are included at no extra cost. Your PSU cert is all your need for most City and State business licensure requirements, and our trade references and credential validation allow you to buy tools, equipment, and resale items at wholesale. You can begin with a basic motorist assistance, home, retail, etc. program, and then expand as you succeed. Your course is by email and online, you work at your own pace at home, and there is no deadline. Many soldiers overseas take the course on weekends.
You can do very well with just the basic course, but this is an investment in yourself and your future, so don't skimp! Especially if you are eventually going into advanced security consulting and seeking law enforcement, military (Semper Fi), commercial and other high volume contracts, or selling products or services online, having higher credentials and more specialites increases credibility and business. Adding Security Consultant, Commercial Alarm Provider and others can launch income faster, but also can be added as you grow. Some advanced services even make slide shows of their PSU certs plus additional certs from seminars and manufacturers, which your PSU cert(s) will qualify you for, in presentations to banks, real estate agencies, etc. for large recurring monthly projects which result in significant income.
